From Coffee to Matcha and how I made the switch.

How I Made the Switch and Improved My Energy

As an avid tea drinker, I never really cared for coffee. However, as I got older, I noticed that I was becoming increasingly dependent on it. Coffee was giving me instant energy but I found myself becoming more hungry and craving another cup shortly after, I also noticed I was getting tired a lot sooner. So I decided to change my morning squeeze to a healthy cup of Matcha, I found that my energy levels were higher, my appetite was suppressed, and I was able to focus more easily. Additionally, I noticed that my digestive system was functioning better and my mental clarity had improved. I found that mixing vanilla collagen with the organic ceremonial matcha made it even more enjoyable, as Ceremonial Grade Matcha is made from the youngest tea leaves with higher concentrations of chlorophyll, giving it a more vibrant and deeper shade of green. I also recommend blending it in a nutri bullet, but a spoon will work as well. Give it a try and see if it works for you too!

1 teaspoon of Ceremonial Matcha

1 scoop of Vanilla collagen powder 

3 quarters of a cup of oat milk and any milk of your choice 

1 quarter of a cup of boiling water 

Blend in a Nutri Bullet of if not available mix the matcha and collagen powder in water before adding milk.
